Fibroid Removal

Many fibroids do not require treatment. When treatment is required, the fibroids may be removed through the cervix (hysteroscopic fibroid resection), laparoscopically (laparoscopic myomectomy), or through a laparotomy (horizontal incision on the abdomen).
